Tennessee hereby provides notice of and updates the referenced Force Majeure Notice #141572 issued pursuant to Article XII of the GT&C of TGP's FERC Gas Tariff posted November 16, 2011 and last updated on October 31, 2013

FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 542 EFFECTIVE 8-25-2026 RESOLVED

In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at STA 542 near DeKalb, Mississippi on August 25, 2026 (Notice Identifier #403735). Tennessee discovered an issue with Unit 1 requiring immediate repairs. The final repairs are in process of being completed at the unit and the station is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved. Nominations will be scheduled up to capacity as shown on TGP's EBB pathed through STA 542 (Segment 539 BH) effective for Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Thursday, August 27, 2026 and until further notice.

This notice will be the final update.
