Subject: TGP PRE-FILING SETTLEMENT - REVISION #2

To TGP Customers,

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“TGP”) is updating this posting to include the meeting location which will be the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott. As previously provided, the meeting will begin at 10am ET on Wednesday, September 9th. As a reminder, in order to attend this meeting, all participating representatives must have completed a Confidentiality Acknowledgement. In addition, TGP requests that each customer provide TGP with a list of attendees for the meeting no later than Friday, September 4, 2026.

The list of attendees should be sent to both Ivory Hills at Ivory_Hills@kindermorgan.com and Stacie Gonzalez at Stacie_Gonzalez@kindermorgan.com. Any attendee that has not previously completed a Confidentiality Acknowledgement for these discussions should send a Confidentiality Agreement to the same contacts.

For participants that are unable to join at this time, TGP is willing to schedule individual meetings to the extent participants want to have any such follow-up discussions. Again, thank you for your continued engagement in reaching a pre-filing settlement and we look forward to our continued discussions on September 9, 2026.
