ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS AT STA 114 (SEGMENT 114 BH) AND STA 542 (SEGMENT 539 BH) EFFECTIVE 8-26-2026

Due to current nominations, planned and unplanned maintenance and operational conditions, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Wednesday, August 26, 2026, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee anticipates continuing to schedule Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than the percentage of firm contracts pathed through the following segments:

STA 114 (Segment 114 BH) – no less than 43% of contract MDQ

STA 542 (Segment 539 BH) – no less than 84% of contract MDQ

Contracts nominated through both restrictions may experience a cumulative percentage restriction to no less than the stated percentages of contract MDQ at each restriction.

STA 114 (Segment 114 BH) and STA 542 (Segment 539 BH) – no less than 36% of contract MDQ for contracts nominated through both restrictions.

The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during these restrictions and are subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
