ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS AT STA 110 (SEGMENT 187 BH) AND STA 114 (SEGMENT 114 BH) EFFECTIVE 8-18-2026

Due to current nominations, planned and unplanned maintenance and operational conditions, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee anticipates scheduling Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than the percentage of firm contracts pathed through the following segments:

STA 110 (Segment 187 BH) – NO PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS ANTICIPATED

STA 114 (Segment 114 BH) – no less than 43% of contract MDQ

The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during these restrictions and are subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
