EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN STA 264 EFFECTIVE 7-31-2026

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent repair at Station 264 Unit 1C near Charlton City, Massachusetts. Tennessee has discovered an issue with the unit that requires immediate repairs. Tennessee has personnel on site and a repair plan is being developed. Tennessee is estimating the current impact to be up to 150,000 Dths. Based upon current nominations in the area, Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) are at risk effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of August 1, 2026 and until further notice. Previously scheduled nominations will not be curtailed for the remainder of the July 31, 2026 Gas Day. However, all increases pathed through STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) are at risk.
