FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 538-2 TO 539-2 EFFECTIVE 7-23-2026 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 538 and 539 on Line 2 near Heidelberg, Mississippi effective on July 23, 2026 (Notice Identifier #402947). An issue was discovered which required immediate repairs. The final repairs have been completed and the area has returned to normal operations. As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved. Nominations will continue to be scheduled up to capacity as shown on TGP's EBB pathed through MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH) until further notice. Additionally, Tennessee will continue to accept nominations for receipts and deliveries up to meter capacity at the Leaf Jasper County Meter (412789) until further notice.

This notice will be the final update.
