ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS AT STA 110 (SEGMENT 187 BH) AND MLV 539 (SEGMENT 534 BH) EFFECTIVE 7-27-2026

Due to current nominations, ongoing planned and unplanned maintenance and operational conditions, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Monday, July 27, 2026, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee anticipates scheduling Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than the percentage of firm contracts pathed through the following segments:

STA 110 (Segment 187 BH) – no less than 88% of contract MDQ

MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH) – NO PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS

The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during these restrictions and are subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
