EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 249 UNIT 1A RESOLVED EFFECTIVE 1-8-16

EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 321 UNIT 1C EFFECTIVE 4- 21-2026 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 321 near West Clifford, PA on April 21, 2026 (Notice Identifier #400797). Tennessee discovered an issue with Unit 1C which necessitated repairs. The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, nomination increases pathed through Segment 321 FH will be accepted effective Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Wednesday, May 13, 2026 up to segment capacity as posted on TGP's EBB.

This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
