EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 249 UNIT 1A RESOLVED EFFECTIVE 1-8-16

EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 40 UNIT 1D EFFECTIVE 4-22-2026 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 40 near Natchitoches, LA on April 22, 2026 (Notice Identifier #400810). Tennessee discovered an issue with Unit 1D which necessitated repairs. The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, nomination increases pathed through STA 40 South of Carthage (Segment 132 FH) will be accepted effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Monday, April 27, 2026 up to segment capacity as posted on TGP's EBB.

This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
