RE: RESULTS FROM AVAILABLE FIRM CAPACITY (OPEN SEASON #1429)

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 8:00 AM CT on Monday, March 9, 2026 and closed at 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.

No acceptable bids were submitted during the Open Season Period.
