TO: ALL TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE COMPANY, L.L.C. CUSTOMERS

RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSIONS IN ZONES L/1, 2, and 4

Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, as it may be revised from time to time (“Tariff”), Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity as described below will be reserved for use in one or more future expansions of Tennessee's system. The projects for which the capacity is being reserved (whether one or more, the “Project”) will be designed to provide incremental supply from existing and new receipt points in Zones L/1, 2, and 4 to existing and new delivery points in Zone L/1, 2, and 4 beginning as early as November 1, 2027.

The Project capacity being reserved includes the following:

Reserved Capacity on Mainline Valve Segments (each, an “MLV”):

· 290,851 Dth/d from MLV 534 to MLV 87

· 608,130 Dth/d from MLV 87 to MLV 200

· 414,938 Dth/d from MLV 200 to MLV 219

Estimated In-Service Date of the Project:

· November 1, 2027

Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff, Tennessee may sell such reserved capacity on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the Project, and Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the Project.
