Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Thursday, December 11, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 ON THE 200 LINE AND EAST OF STA 336 ON THE 300 LINE FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· MLV 509 Muskrat Line (Segment 515 BH) - through approx 78% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 7,495 Dths

· STA 860 South 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) - through SIPss increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 87% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,593 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 61,000 Dths

· STA 254 (Segment 249 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 103,029 Dths
