EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 265 EFFECTIVE 11-20-2025

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 265 near Hopkinton, MA. Tennessee discovered an issue which necessitates repairs associated with unit 265E-1A. Station personnel have formulated a repair plan and estimate repairs to be completed by Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Based upon current nominations, Tennessee does not anticipate any impact to current services. However, Secondary deliveries to FPLE Rise (Pin #420926) may be impacted as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Friday, November 21, 2025 and until further notice if operational conditions change. FPLE Rise may also see pressure fluctuations during the outage.
