ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTION AT STA 542 (SEGMENT 539 BH) EFFECTIVE 10-23-2025

Due to current nominations, upcoming scheduled maintenance and operational conditions, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Thursday, October 23, 2025, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee will schedule Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than 65% of contract MDQ pathed through STA 542 (Segment 539 BH).

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
