RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION IN ZONES L and 1
Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, as it may be revised from time to time (“Tariff”), Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity as described below will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Tennessee's system. The project for which the capacity is being reserved (“Project”) will be designed to provide incremental supply from existing and new receipt points in Zone L to existing and new delivery points in Zone L and Zone 1 and is estimated to go in-service as early as April 1,2028 .
The Project capacity being reserved includes the following:
Capacity on Mainline Valve Segments:
· 200,000 Dth/d from MLV 820 (HPL Sabine) to MLV 823
· 6,511 Dth/d from MLV 823 to MLV 523
· 27,444 Dth/d from MLV 523 to MLV 534
· 227,444 Dth/d from MLV 534 to MLV 87 (Station 87 – Midwestern)
Receipt Meter Capacity:
· 200,000 Dth/d – 412398 (Zone L Jefferson Island)
· 110,105 Dth/d – 412690 (Zone L HPL Sabine)
· 200,000 Dth/d – 412737 (Zone L Cameron IPL DeQuincy Storage)
Delivery Meter Capacity:
· 33,570 Dth/d – 420366 (Zone L FGT Carnes)
· 227,444 Dth/d – 420383 (Zone L Kiln)
· 227,444 Dth/d – 420999 (Zone L Zone L Leg 500 Pool)
· 227,444 Dth/d – 420852 (Zone 1 Midwestern SMS)
Estimated In-Service Date:
· April 1, 2028
Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff, Tennessee will make the reserved capacity available for transportation service on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the Project. For any such limited-term agreements, Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the Project.
