IMBALANCE WARNING GDR/TGP RIO BRAVO DELIVERY METER (421017) EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, MARCH 18, 2025

In an effort to manage physical imbalances and protect firm services, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, LLC. (“Tennessee”) requires the Rio Bravo Delivery Meter (421017) keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities. Additionally, due to scheduled maintenance and limited flexibility in the area, Rio Bravo is encouraged to burn ratably based on scheduled volumes.

Tennessee requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing meter specific Operational Flow Orders, implementing underperformance cuts or flow control to maintain operational integrity. As a reminder, penalties for non-compliance of an OFO can range from $.2198 per dth to $15.00 plus the highest regional spot price per dth.

THIS IMBALANCE WARNING WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. TENNESSEE WILL INFORM CUSTOMERS BY EBB WHEN THIS IMBALANCE WARNING WILL BE LIFTED.
