FORCE MAJEURE BETWEEN STA 1 AND MLV 406 UPDATE #4
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted a notice escalating the emergent repair issue from STA 1 to MLV 406 on Line 2 near Agua Dulce, TX originally posted on December 7, 2023 (Notice Identifier #388950), to a Force Majeure, effective March 1, 2024.
The pipeline repairs on Line 2 between STA 1 and MLV 406 are ongoing. Based on additional investigations, an emergent anomaly at MLV 408 to MLV 409 on Line 2 has been identified and repairs are scheduled to begin on Thursday, March 21, 2024. As such, based on current north to south nominations, the anticipated impact is now estimated to be up to an additional 75,000 Dths as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Thursday, March 21, 2024. Primary In the Path north to south services nominated through STA 1 (Segment 101 BH) and/or MLV 406 (Segment 406 BH) continue to be at risk.
