Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of September 30, 2023 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 FOR 500 LEG ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES and MONTHLY OFO CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 4 FOR LMS-PAs AND SAs ACTING AS BALANCING PARTIES FOR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM

RESTRICTIONS

· Pine Pra/TGP Pine Prairie North Rap Delivery Meter (Pin 421043) - through approx 91% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 66,734 Dths

· STA 834 (Segment 834 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 7,266 Dths

· Trnsco/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

· STA 110 East (Segment 111 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 21,862 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 4,800 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 8,164 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not schedule nominations for Authorized Overrun Injection Services (FS-AO) or Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at Northern MA (460018), Portland MA (460025), Portland PA (460020) or Bear Creek (460017) until further notice. Tennessee will not schedule nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not schedule nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will NOT approve any transfers from accounts at TGP Bear Creek Storage to SNG Bear Creek Storage (460017) (IS-PA, FS-PA) until further notice. Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
