FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 860 EFFECTIVE 8-18-2023 UPDATE #2

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 860 near Centerville, TN on August 18, 2023 (Notice Identifier #387851). Tennessee experienced a mechanical issue at the station which is necessitating repairs. Work to restore the station has begun. At this time, Tennessee anticipates the return to service for this station will be no earlier than December 1, 2023. Additionally, as Tennessee stated in Notice #387851, the current impact is estimated to be up to 450,000 Dths. Based on recent nomination changes, Primary In the Path nominations pathed through Segment 860 BH are now at risk until further notice.
