--11/12/22 through 1/23/23:  This project will require taking the pipeline section out of service which could limit throughput and result in restrictions based on customer nominations.  The 412271 meter will be shut in.  The 421085 meter will be shut as early as 11/17/22.  Potential out of path restrictions may be at risk.
