No Payback FROM the pipe will be scheduled South of STA 1 in South Texas or South of STA 542 on the 500 until further notice. PALD and PALAO nominations OFF the system will not be scheduled in these areas. Additionally, Payback system wide will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.
