Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 and closed at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
