OFO DAILY BALANCING ALERT METERS SPECIFIC EFFECTIVE 1-11-2021

In order to protect system integrity and firm service obligations, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY for the Gas Day of Monday, January 11, 2021 and until further notice, Tennessee is issuing Meters Specific BALANCING ALERT OFOs for the following METERS pursuant to Article X, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff:

METER:        420901 BERKPWR/TGP BERKSHIRE POWER SALES

                        420926 RISEC/TGP FPL RISE

                        420931 CALPINE/TGP GRANITE RIDGE

These meters are required to maintain an actual daily flow rate not exceeding 2% or 500 dths, whichever is greater, of scheduled quantities.  Customer will be assessed a rate of $15.00 plus the applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for over-takes from the system which exceed this tolerance.

Should these Balancing Alert OFOs not correct the system conditions Tennessee may issue a meter specific Hourly OFOs or implement flow control. 

THIS DAILY METERS SPECIFIC OFO BALANCING ALERT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  TENNESSEE WILL INFORM CUSTOMERS BY EBB WHEN THE OFO METERS SPECIFIC BALANCING ALERT WILL BE LIFTED.
