RE: AMENDED RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of its FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") gave notice that certain capacity as described below would be reserved for use in a future expansion of Tennessee's system. The expansion project will add looping and compression facilities to increase capacity from Zone 4 to Zone 0 and Zone 1. The capacity that is currently reserved for the project is as follows:
MLV 200 to MLV 110 29,000
MLV 110 to MLV 87 86,000
MLV 87 to MLV 63 156,000
MLV 63 to MLV 40 160,000
MLV 87 to MLV 860 3,000
MLV 860 to MLV 834 38,000
Tennessee is now reserving additional capacity for the project as follows:
MLV 219 to MLV 214G 27,000
MLV 200 to MLV 87 8,000
The capacity was posted as unsubscribed available capacity on January 2, 2019. The capacity being reserved for the project, effective January 10, 2019, is now as follows:
MLV 200 to MLV 110 37,000
MLV 110 to MLV 87 94,000
Tennessee will make the reserved capacity available for transportation service pursuant to the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the future project. For any such limited-term agreements, Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided in the service agreement and pursuant to Article V, Section 4 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the project. The estimated in-service date for the project is June 1, 2022.
