On February 27, 2026, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company LLC (“TC”) filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") to adjust the Quarterly Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted-for-Gas ("FL&U") reimbursement percentages pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 12 of TC's Third Revised Volume No. 1 FERC Gas Tariff, with a proposed effective date of April 1, 2026.
