Force Majeure Declared Segment 250
TransColorado Gas Transmission Company LLC (TC) has experienced a mechanical failure on Unit #1 at its Mancos Compression Station located in Delores County, Colorado, Constraint (Segment 250). Emergent repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 250 from 368,000 Dth/d to 323,000 in the TD1 direction and 260,000 Dth/d to 225,000 in the TD2 direction until further notice.
Accordingly, TC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to TC's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 14 for the duration of this outage. Effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for gas day January 21, 2026 and the Evening Cycle for gas day January 22, 2026, and until further notice.
