TransColorado Gas Transmission Company LLC
August 7, 2025
Force Majeure Declared PIN #42223
TransColorado Gas Transmission Company LLC (TC) has pipeline and compression facilities that are near the Lee Fire in Rio Blanco County, CO. For safety reasons related to this fire, TC has placed some of those facilities out-of-service until the fire no longer threatens those facilities. This is impacting pressures in the area and limiting some flows.
Accordingly, TC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to TC's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 14 for the duration of this outage. Effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for gas day August 7, 2025, and the Evening Cycle for gas day August 8, 2025, and until further notice the following actions will be taken:
· Greasewood compression is typically required to flow gas to WIC at PIN #42223 Yellow Jacket Pass. With that compression taken offline for the fire, if receipt pressures in the area do not increase such that those deliveries can be supported, operating capacity at that location will be reduced to zero.
· Flow at receipt points on Segment 180 will be monitored for performance and may result in performance caps if upstream facilities cannot perform to confirmed volumes.
