Tennessee hereby provides notice of and updates the referenced Force Majeure Notice #141572 issued pursuant to Article XII of the GT&C of TGP's FERC Gas Tariff posted November 16, 2011 and last updated on October 31, 2013

UPCOMING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AT NS1 COMPRESSOR STATION EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 26 - 28, 2023

As a reminder, Stagecoach Pipeline & Storage Company, L.L.C. (“Stagecoach”) will be performing planned maintenance at the NS1 compressor station on the gas day of Tuesday, September 26, 2023 through Thursday, September 28, 2023. This project will require a facility outage which will limit throughput through the station and may result in restrictions based on customer nominations.

Stagecoach will work with its interconnecting party to limit the impact to scheduled quantities as much as possible during the outage. However, based on current nominations, Secondary and Interruptible delivery nominations pathed to the Millennium Pipeline Delivery meter (Pin #201010) may be at risk during this time.
