STAGECOACH OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER
to forecasted colder temperatures and anticipated higher demand and as a result
of operating conditions on interconnecting pipelines, Stagecoach Pipeline
and Storage Company, LLC (“Stagecoach”) is issuing an OFO, effective for
the gas day of Saturday, January 28, 2023, and until further notice. All
receipt point operators and customers must ensure that actual inputs into the
Stagecoach system are equal to, or greater than, scheduled quantities regardless
of their existing cumulative imbalance. Per Section 6.16 of the Stagecoach FERC
Gas Tariff General Terms and Conditions, Stagecoach may, but is not obligated
to, take actions to avoid imbalances that include adjusting customers'
scheduled quantities to match physical flows. All parties are required to
maintain an actual daily flowrate not exceeding 2% of scheduled quantities or
500 dth, whichever is greater for under-deliveries into the system by receipt
point operators. Shippers and point operators not adhering to this OFO will be
subject to all applicable penalties and costs, including without limitation to
any penalties and costs assessed by connecting pipelines.
order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Stagecoach may be
required to limit intraday firm increases due to the elevated flowrate required
to meet the daily nomination. Stagecoach continues to evaluate all
interruptible activity across the system for every scheduling cycle.
Critical OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
