Re: Notice of Award of Firm Transportation Capacity

On September 16, 2026, Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("SNG") announced an open season for bids of firm transportation service ("FT") along a new supply line (the “SEC Extension”) and expansions of SNG's existing system (together, the “Project,” or “SEC”).  SNG has received and evaluated the bids according to the methodology set forth in the open season notice, including an evaluation of whether potential shippers are able to demonstrate an ability to satisfy SNG's anticipated creditworthiness requirements for the Project. Below are the winning bids, which are in addition to those shippers who signed precedent agreements prior to the commencement of the open season.
