Unscheduled Pipeline Maintenance – North Main Line east of Pell City

Southern has experienced an unscheduled pipeline maintenance event on the North Main Line east of the Pell City compressor station (Segment 140 – Pell City) located in Talladega County, AL which requires the line segment to be isolated and evaluated for repairs. Return to service of the line is unknown currently. As a result, effective ID-1 cycle, gas day, Friday September 11, 2026, no intraday increases will be scheduled in the following Segments and Point listed below, and effective Timely cycle, gas day, Saturday September 12, 2026, the following Segments and Point will be impacted as follows:

Segment 140 (Pell City) capacity of 474 Mdth/d will be reduced by 125 Mdth/d to 349 Mdth/d.

Segment 150 (Dearmanville) capacity of 346 Mdth/d will be reduced by 40 Mdth/d to 306 Mdth/d.

Point impacted in Segment 140:

844900 – SOCO CALHOUN will remain shut in for the duration of this outage.

Based on current system demand, Interruptible and Out of Path, and In Path nominations may be restricted, and customers may experience lower than normal pressures. This unscheduled outage and the reduction in available capacity constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of SNG's FERC Gas Tariff until further notice.
