Subject: Reservation of Southern Zone 3 Capacity

This is to announce that Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (“SNG”) is reserving capacity in SNG's Zone 3 for a future expansion pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(vi) of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). The specific capacity reservation amounts by segment and effective date are shown below.

The project for which the capacity is being reserved will be designed to provide incremental capacity to a new delivery point in SNG's Zone 3 as early as November 1, 2030 (the “Project”).

Pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(vi) of SNG's Tariff, SNG may sell such reserved capacity on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the Project, and SNG reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided commensurate with the in-service date of the Project.
