FORCE MAJEURE – White Castle (Segment 340) – EFFECTIVE 2/10/2026

As previously posted on Southern's weekly EBB maintenance postings, Southern is conducting scheduled pipeline maintenance on the South Section 28 line south of White Castle (Segment 340 – White Castle) located in Iberville Parish, LA which required inspections of the pipeline. Upon completion of the pipeline inspections, Southern has identified pipeline anomalies that require immediate remediation. Return to service of the line is unknown at this time. As a result, effective Evening Cycle, Gas Day, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and continuing until further notice, the following two pins will be shut-in and all priorities of service will be restricted.

· PIN 607000, BOARDWST/SNG Petrologistics Iberville

· PIN 605200, SABPL/SNG Sabine Vermillion

This unplanned outage constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of SNG's FERC Gas Tariff until further notice.
