Re: Notice of Award of Firm Transportation Capacity

On April 28, 2025, Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (“SNG”) announced an open season for long term firm transportation due to a request submitted by a Shipper for receipt and delivery capacity in Zone 1.

Pursuant to the terms of Section 2.1(b) of the General Terms and Conditions of the Southern Natural Gas Tariff, SNG is required to post the winning bid(s) within 24 hours of awarding the capacity. Below is the winning bid.

Volume – 5,400 Dth

Term – October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2035

Rate – Negotiated rate of $7.60/ Dth monthly reservation
