SYSTEM WIDE IMBALANCE WARNING EFFECTIVE 3 – 13 - 2025

Due to anticipated milder temperatures on the system and current system imbalances, Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (“SNG”) would like to remind its customers that SNG has limited operational flexibility to manage these imbalances across the system.

Effective for the Gas Day of Thursday, March 13, 2025, and until further notice, SNG requests that all payback be nominated on the pipeline. SNG requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including restricting segments and/or points as deemed necessary or the issuance of an Operational Flow Order.

An Operational Flow Order for short imbalances could be required to help ensure system integrity as Southern's Tariff provides that a Type 6 OFO can be implemented on four hours' notice or less prior to the start of the gas day.
