Update to scheduled maintenance on the White Castle Franklinton loop line north of White Castle (Segment 350)

The scheduled maintenance on the White Castle Franklinton Loop line north of White Castle scheduled for November 19^th, 2024, through November 23rd, 2024, is now scheduled for November 20^th, 2024, through November 23rd, 2024. As a result of this change starting Wednesday, November 20^th, 2024, through November 23rd, 2024, Segment 350 Capacity of 798 Mdth/d will be impacted 155 Mdth/d.
