SESH pipeline's operator notified Southern of an unplanned outage at their Gwinville Compressor Station that will reduce the available SNG - SESH capacity (Segment 380) effective Evening Cycle, Monday, September 25, 2023 and until further notice. SESH has informed Southern that repair efforts are underway, however, a return to service date is not known at this time. SNG capacity will be reduced from 504,471 Dth/d to 430,000 Dth/d effective Evening Cycle, Monday, September 25th, 2023 until further notice.
This reduction in available capacity constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Southern Natural Gas Tariff.
