Notice Text:

SESH pipeline's operator notified Southern of an unplanned outage at their Gwinville Compressor Station that will reduce the available SNG - SESH capacity (Segment 380) effective Evening Cycle, Monday, September 25, 2023 and until further notice. SESH has informed Southern that repair efforts are underway, however, a return to service date is not known at this time.

SNG capacity will be reduced from 504,471 Dth/d to 430,000 Dth/d effective Evening Cycle, Monday, September 25^th, 2023 until further notice.

This reduction in available capacity constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Southern Natural Gas Tariff.
