Hartwell Force Majeure—Impacting SNG Seamless Capacity-- LIFTED

As previously posted in Notice ID 707612, Elba Express Company, L.L.C. ("Elba") had informed Southern that it was experiencing unusually low pressures at the Transco/EEC Z4 Hart and Transco/EEC Z5 Anderson interconnections and therefore experienced an unscheduled station outage at the Hartwell Compressor station. Pressures have normalized at the interconnections allowing the Hartwell Compressor Station to return to service. As such, the event of Force Majeure has now been cancelled.
