SESH (Segment 380) Force Majeure – Update #1
As previously posted in Notice ID# 705057, SESH pipeline's operator notified Southern of an outage that has reduced the available SNG - SESH capacity (Segment 380) from 507,244 Dth/d to 431,000 Dth/d. SESH pipeline's operator informed Southern that this planned outage has been extended for one day and therefore will continue to result in a service reduction of SNG - SESH capacity through gas day, Saturday, November 14, 2020.
Based on the increase demand, this reduction in available capacity has been escalated to an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Southern Natural Gas Tariff.
