Type 6 OFO Warning Effective April 27, 2019
Based on limited injection ability due to the Bear Creek shut in, current milder temperatures forecasted for the weekend and projected demand on Southern's system, SNG encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to maintain balance between actual receipts and deliveries. An Operational Flow Order for long imbalances could be required to help ensure system integrity as Southern's Tariff provides that a Type 6 OFO can be implemented on four hours' notice or less prior to the start of the gas day. Deliveries with actual flows less than scheduled daily volumes are subject to reductions of nominations to demonstrated daily volumes. Receipts should not exceed scheduled daily volumes.
We request that all Shippers/Poolers monitor the balance between actual receipts and deliveries to ensure that a daily out-of-balance situation does not occur.
Please call your Account Manager or Scheduling Representative if you have questions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
