Operational Purchase Notification and Request for Offers

Sierrita Gas Pipeline LLC (“Sierrita”), in accordance with Section 27 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1 as it may be amended from time to time (the “FERC Gas Tariff”), is soliciting offers for the purchase of 10 dekatherms (“Dth”) of gas quantities on its system.

Sierrita has gas quantities totaling 10 Dth needing to be purchased on its system for Gas Day August 4, 2026, and is soliciting interest from non-affiliated third parties to offer all of this needed gas. Sierrita will consider fixed price offers and recommends those offers be based on an EPNG South Mainline, SoCal Border, or SoCal Ehrenberg pricing.

Evaluations will be made based upon the lowest offer (per Dth), in accordance with Section 9.11(d)(ii) of the General Terms and Conditions of Sierrita's FERC Gas Tariff, and the ability of Sierrita to meet the delivery requirements of the offer as determined by Sierrita in its operational discretion. The successful seller(s) will be required to deliver the sold gas quantities to the point(s) of custody transfer. Point of custody transfer includes San Joaquin PIN #47699.

Prior to submitting an offer to Sierrita, the seller(s) must have entered into a North American Energy Standards Board Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas (“NAESB Contract”) with Sierrita and must satisfy Sierrita's creditworthiness requirements. Sierrita is under no obligation to accept any special provisions to the NAESB Contract and any expression of interest which contains special provisions may be deemed by Sierrita to be non-responsive. Sierrita reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Offers should indicate the total and daily quantities, the price per Dth, and the dates of delivery. Please submit offers via email to kmwestbids@kindermorgan.com and identify the communication as an Operational Sales Bid by 9:30 AM (MCT) on August 3, 2026. Successful sellers will be notified as soon as practicable but no later than 12:00 PM (MCT) on August 3, 2026.
