Subject: PHP C/S Turbine Exchanges - Oct Update

Update

The turbine exchanges at Praha C/S and Junction C/S will now be completed one day earlier. PHP will return to normal operations and capacity tomorrow, starting the gas day of Wednesday, October 15^th.

The Enterprise Provident City Header work remains ongoing, with the projected back-in-service date starting the gas day of Thursday, October 16^th.

Starting Friday, October 3^rd through and including Thursday, October 16^th, Permian Highway Pipeline LLC “PHP” operations will be performing turbine exchanges at Praha C/S and Junction C/S. The total Mainline capacity on PHP will be reduced from 2,660,000 MMBtu to 1,460,000 MMBtu.

At the same time, Kinder Morgan will be conducting facility maintenance at the Enterprise Provident City Header. During this period, no nominations will be accepted into the Enterprise markets.
