Subject: PHP C/S Inspections - Nov 2025

Starting Friday November 7th through and including Tuesday November 18th, Permian Highway Pipeline LLC “PHP” operations will be performing warranty inspections at Harper C/S, Eldorado C/S, Coyanosa C/S, Lockhart C/S, and McCamey C/S. The total Mainline capacity on PHP will be reduced from 2,660,000 MMBtu to 2,130,000 on Friday November 7th through Monday November 10th, and to 2,060,000 MMBtu on Tuesday November 11th through and including Friday November 14^th, and to 2,330,000 on Saturday November 15^th through and including Tuesday November 18^th.
