On Thursday, August 7^th, Permian Highway Pipeline LLC “PHP” operations will be performing ESD testing at Praha C/S and Lockhart C/S. The total Mainline capacity on PHP will be reduced from 2,660,000 MMBtu to 1,466,000 MMBtu.
