SEGMENT 9 – PERMIAN #1 LINE – LOCKRIDGE LATERAL - ILI TOOL RUNS – UPDATE 1

The impact has changed as noted below. See previous Notice ID 47309 dated October 20, 2026.

As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X26-1297750) Natural will be performing a series of ILI tool runs on the Lockridge Lateral.  These ILI tool runs will require Natural to reduce northbound capacity through Compressor Station 167 (CS 167), located in Lea County, New Mexico, as well as require certain locations to be unavailable as noted below.

The scheduling constraint will be at CS 167; therefore, any gas received south of CS 167 for delivery north of CS 167 will be impacted.  For scheduling purposes, the Permian Pool (LOC 25077) is located south of the constraint.  Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted.  Once the data from the tool runs have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.

As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 58% of contract MDQ northbound through CS 167.  AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of the restriction.

Effective on the tool run dates below, the locations listed below will be unavailable.  No transport services are available at these locations.
