SEGMENT 5 – ELK CITY LATERAL – PIPELINE MAINTENANCE

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-1487365) Natural will be inactivating the Elk City Lateral located in Beckham County, Oklahoma (Segment 5 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone). Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity westbound into Segment 5 from Segment 2, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity westbound through Compressor Station 156 (CS 156) during this restriction.

The scheduling constraint will be at CS 156; therefore, any nominations westbound through CS 156 will be impacted for the duration of this restriction.

As such, effective for gas day Friday, October 23, 2026, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Natural will ONLY schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports westbound through CS 156. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.

Additionally, the receipt location listed below will be shut in for the duration of this work. No transport services will be available.
