FORCE MAJEURE – M&M LATERAL – SEGMENT 3 – LIFTED

The force majeure will be lifted, as noted below. See previous Notice ID 47124 dated July 30, 2026

Natural has completed the repair work on the M&M line in Custer County, Oklahoma (Segment 3 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone). However, the following receipt locations, previously unavailable due to this force majeure, are subject to continued scheduling restrictions due to ongoing remediation work in Segment 3, as posted separately. See the posting dated August 11, 2026, entitled “PIPELINE MAINTENANCE – M&M LATERAL – SEGMENT 3” for additional information.
