FORCE MAJEURE – M&M LATERAL– SEGMENT 3

As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X26-915978), as part of its ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and the results of a previous ILI tool run on the M&M Lateral between mainline valve MM-2 and mainline valve MM-3 in Custer County, Oklahoma located in Segment 3 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone, Natural has discovered an anomaly that requires immediate pipeline remediation. This is a Force Majeure event.

As a result, Natural is required to shut in sections of the M&M lateral and shut in the following locations during this remediation. Transport services for receipt and deliveries at the locations listed below will be unavailable during this outage. No transport services will be available until the work has been completed

The locations listed below will be unavailable effective gas day Monday, August 3, 2026, Timely cycle, and continuing through Thursday, August 13, 2026.
