CAPACITY RESERVATION POSTING – HIGH PLAINS GATEWAY PROJECT

Pursuant to Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity, as described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Natural's System. The project for which the capacity is being reserved will provide additional capacity from Natural's Amarillo Mainline and Midcontinent Zones for delivery in Texas. The project is referred to as the “High Plains Gateway Project” or “Project”. The projected in-service date of the Project is September 1, 2028 with interim service commencing April 2027, and the capacity outlined below will continue to be reserved for the Project until further notice, except as noted below.
