PHMSA MEGA RULE TEST–- ELIGIBLE PROJECT – COMPRESSOR STATION 184 TO COMPRESSOR STATION 154 - PIPELINE MAINTENANCE
In accordance with its FERC Gas Tariff and as posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25- 1094390), Natural will be performing an ILI project on the OE#1 Line between CS 184, located in Beckham County, Oklahoma (Segment 6 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone) and CS 154, located in Gray County, Texas (Segment 6 of Natural's Midcontinent Zone). Natural is required to shut in certain locations during this restriction, as set forth below. This ILI project is being performed pursuant to the PHMSA Mega Rule and, as set forth in its Tariff, is an Eligible Project (ID 4613) included on the Eligible Project List posted on Natural's internet website. See Eligible Project ID, line name and location identified below (Exhibit F- Docket No. RP22-1222 Settlement, as updated on January 6, 2026 on Natural's interactive website). This outage is subject to the provisions of Section 5.2 (c) (5) of the General Terms and Conditions of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.
